Softball League
SOFTBALL LEAGUE
Sanctuary has an inter-company softball league that plays each spring through summer. Companies can form teams with up to 30 players (minimum of 3 women required) to play against other Sanctuary companies in the regular season. Each season ends with a single elimination championship tournament, scheduled upon completion of the regular season.
Softball announcements and recruitment begin in early spring each year.
2023 SEASON
Recruitment for Sanctuary Softball League's 2023 season has begun! We are excited for the fun and competition to return!
1. Recruit players within your company and sign them up for your team by adding their names to the Roster Form. Each team is required to have a minimum of 15 players and a maximum of 30 (three of which must be women) to play in this co-ed league.
2. Collect Waivers for every player and attach them to your roster form.
3. Turn in your team's roster form and waivers by emailing them to Sanctuary.Park@rpoperations.com or dropping them off at Sanctuary Management Office or The Clubhouse by the March 31 deadline.
4. Get geared up to play for when the season begins on May 1!
We would love to welcome new companies to Sanctuary Softball League this year! Softball is a great way to connect with your colleagues and meet new people while having competitive fun.

SOFTBALL FIELD
Sanctuary Park's greatest outdoor amenity is the Softball Field.
The Softball Field may be reserved for company events Monday-Thursday from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. Friday-Sunday from 8:00a.m to 9:00p.m. The field cannot be reserved for personal use.
Reservations for softball league practice may not be made more than 7 days in advance of your requested date and may only be made for 2 hours per day.

Sanctuary is a Class A 150-acre master planned suburban office development located 20 miles north of Atlanta. RPO Property Management provides on-site management and development services. Standard Mail Services
The Sanctuary Park mail rooms are located on the first floors of the buildings. Mailboxes will be supplied for each tenant. Mail will be delivered to these boxes daily. Mail delivery and pick up occurs daily at each building Monday through Saturday. If you lose your key for your assigned mail box, you must contact the United States Postal Service. The mail boxes are not controlled by Sanctuary Park. There is not a USPS package drop-box on-site. You must go to a USPS location to drop off items larger than an envelope.
