Tenant Alterations


Remodeling or redecorating work must be approved by the management office.  Several examples include:
  • Installing electrical or telephone outlets
  • Installing or relocating light fixtures
  • Relocating or installing doors
  • Repairing or replacing carpet
  • Adding or removing walls
  • Painting or wallcovering


Prior to beginning any projects including but not limited to those listed above, tenants are asked to do the following:
  • Submit any drawings, plans, etc. to the management office for approval
  • Coordinate with the management office to arrange access for the contractors
  • Contact the engineering department with any questions regarding the building and the impact the improvements will have an existing spaces, systems, etc.
  • Provide the management office with a copy of the contractor’s Certificate of Insurance
